Noetic Diffusion

Rhythmic reconstruction → NeuralManifoldDynamics → manifold geometry → open research

Noetic Diffusion™ is a research framework for studying consciousness as active reconstruction: a rhythmic process in which the brain turns sensory, bodily, affective, and mnemonic noise into coherent meaning. The project connects philosophical framing, mathematical dynamics, neural measurement, manifold geometry, and open scientific tooling.

The central claim is not that consciousness can be reduced to a single score. It is that conscious-state dynamics become more intelligible when we study the joint structure of rhythm, variance, entropy, metastability, local flow, and the system's ability to move through its own state space without collapsing into chaos or rigidity.

Noetic Diffusion Theory™

The main theory page explains the full framework: Reconstructive Theory of Being (RTB), Noetic Diffusion Theory (NDT), the Meta-Noetic Diffusion Model (MNDM), Rhythmic Variance Control (RVC), TRN variance gating, embodied anchoring, Meta-Noetic Phase Space (MNPS), and the Meta-Noetic Jacobian (MNJ).

NeuralManifoldDynamics

NeuralManifoldDynamics is the current ingest-layer measurement contract for deriving auditable 3D and stratified 9D neural manifold trajectories from EEG and fMRI. It exports canonical mnps_3d = [m, d, e] trajectories, optional coords_9d charts, derivatives, local Jacobian summaries, regional manifold dynamics, and self-describing HDF5 artifacts for downstream analysis.

Measurement and visualization

Noetic Mapper™

Noetic Mapper™ introduces the mapping logic: how neural recordings are converted into coordinates, trajectories, entropy/metastability curves, and manifold summaries. It is the conceptual bridge between raw neural data and MNPS-style representation.

Noetic Atlas™

Noetic Atlas™ is the visual and topological layer. It presents manifolds, hubs, trajectories, recurrence patterns, entropy slopes, and cohort-level geometry so that state-space structure can be inspected rather than only summarized.

Noetic Health Index™ (NHI)

NHI is a research-oriented summary index for geometry, entropy, recurrence, curvature, and metastability. It should be read as a continuous dynamical-complexity metric, not as a diagnostic replacement.
